All employees are trained through the Turn Key Academy, a six-week training program that teaches the Turn Key Way. Dean

President

Dean is the president of Turn Key Computer Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. An entrepreneur and early adopter of technology, Dean enjoyed manipulating code and creating systems to manage data in a way that created efficiencies and minimized manual data entry for businesses. His database development skills were sought after even before he finished university. Determined to learn the business from the ground up, Dean began his career in computer sales and support, and moved into training development and support shortly thereafter.

Early into his career, Dean saw a need for quality IT support for small and mid-sized businesses without IT departments of their own. He also saw a need to provide those services in an efficient way that held the customer’s best interest at its core. In 1995 he launched TKCS to fill that need, and has remained true to those values ever since.

Jay

Senior Analyst

Jay has been in the IT industry since 2002, working with a diverse group of organizations from both the private and public sectors. Although he has been working as a technical resource for a number of years, Jay prides himself on being able to relate to people in laymen’s terms and build face-to-face relationships with clients – a rarity in the IT field.

At TKCS, Jay uses his experience from both large and small organizations to continue to develop the Turn Key Way. In his spare time, Jay continues to nurture his interest in technology while also devoting time to community youth coaching.

Henry

Intermediate Analyst

Henry moved to Canada in 2012 and settled in Toronto. After working in a consulting job there, he moved west to Calgary in 2014 and started with TKCS shortly thereafter. Henry is very eager to learn and please clients which shows in his attention to detail. This attention to detail and ability to learn have served Henry well, allowing him to become an extremely valuable member of the Turn Key team.

Henry loves the challenges that come with IT. When not in front of a computer, Henry likes to try different restaurants in Calgary and area with his fiance and friends.
