Puhl Employee Benefits originally contacted TKCS to design a contact management system that would enable him to manage his broad client base. After discussing the potential role of technology in administering investment products, David Puhl launched the Private Health Services Plan. This proprietary investment product allowed David to capitalize on a market opportunity, entering the market ahead of the competition. The PHSP product opened up a whole new business area for the company. More specifically, the TKCS system:
