KLEDO Construction has a significant investment in heavy equipment, which is used on projects or leased to other operators. Each project has an individually negotiated billing rate and requires tracking of both man-hours and equipment hours.

The TKCS system automates project-billing tasks, creates and tracks customer invoices and payments, and has system-wide update capabilities for addition of new features. One of the most helpful functions is a system of checks and balances that flags accounts which need to be reviewed by the project foreman. This system saves a substantial amount of data entry and allows for better management of quoting.

The reporting capabilities of the system are extensive: tracking actual activities against original quotations, managing billing and payment functions, and tracking employees' internal and external billing rates.
