AgCall
is an agricultural services company specializing in product
promotion and market research for several multi-national agricultural
chemical companies. AgCall coordinates field representatives
in rural Canada and the United States, who introduce new products
and reinforce existing ones, stimulate product demand, and
gather significant market intelligence.
Using
the custom database system designed by TKCS, field representatives
submit data remotely to a centralized collection system. Custom
created reports are forwarded to AgCall and subsequently,
their clients the chemical manufacturers. Using information
presented in the reports, the chemical companies are better
able to establish market size, stimulate demand, estimate
market share, and predict production needs. The chemical companies
also use the feedback to assist dealers with sales orders
and product delivery, and to motivate them to respond directly
to clients requirements.
