Turn
Key Computer Solutions Inc. is looking for someone whose
organizational skills are legendary, whose attention to detail
is second-to-none and whose commitment to doing the best job
possible is evident at every turn.
You are a problem-solver with the initiative to seek
out solutions and see them through to completion.
This
position offers the candidate a chance to dive in to a
thriving IT consulting business to manage customer requests,
prioritize work flow and develop procedures to help the
business run efficiently. You’ll be the “i” dotter and
“t” crosser – ensuring all tasks live up to the high
standard of quality we’re committed to. You’ll have a
chance to work directly with clients to ensure they are
satisfied and well cared for.
In
addition to supporting Turn Key Computer Solutions Inc., the
successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist
Momentum Communications, a busy public relations consultancy
operating from the same office space.
Tasks may include research, bookkeeping, event and
media relations support.
This
job combines the roles and responsibilities of an office
manager, executive and personal assistant to facilitate the
growth of two vastly different businesses with a common goal
– to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.
With this in mind, you anticipate the needs of your
managers and strive to continually improve both organizations.
If
you are a self-starter who strives for perfection in all you
do - even when you’re doing many things at once - this could
be the fit you’re looking for.
The
ideal candidate will have:
- Three
or more years of experience in a professional environment
- Good
working knowledge of the most current Microsoft
applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) with an
ability to quickly learn new applications. Experience with
databases (MS Access, Oracle or similar) is a benefit.
- Experience
proofreading and editing.
- An
infectious positive attitude
- Strong
communication and leadership skills
- Superior
customer service focus
- An
interest in and aptitude for IT
